The first step in the application process is to fill out the initial interest form, so that we will be able to contact you.

After we contact you, the second step is to fill all application forms in their entirety. This includes the medical forms which must be filled out by a physician.
Once the Nachshon staff has reviewed your forms, you will receive an invitation to participate in the US Preparatory Seminar. Participation in the seminar is mandatory. Only after the seminar will you receive final notification as to your acceptance to the program.
The preparatory seminar takes place in the US over a weekend. The location is determined approximately two months prior to the seminar, and every effort is made to choose a location that will be most convenient for the majority of the applicants (although it is not always possible to accommodate all applicants).
Applicants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the seminar, as well as a participation fee. The objective of the seminar is both to assess the suitability of each candidate to the program as well as to provide candidates with all of the necessary information about the program and to prepare them for its challenges. A representative of the Israeli staff of Nachshon is present at the seminar.
As mentioned above, only after the seminar will you receive final notification as to your acceptance to the program.
