The program’s goal
The program aims to instill qualities of personal and national responsibility, social awareness, sensitivity, and a commitment to positively influencing and improving Israeli society. Through diverse learning methods, participants gain knowledge that fosters identification with these values, leading them to take responsibility for the future of Israeli society.
The program’s counselors guide and support the participants in their educational process throughout the year.
The Nachshon pre-army program operates on three sites: at Kibbutz Shoval, in Sderot and at Mikveh Israel Youth Village. The program and the activity in all the groups are identical, but adjustments are made according to the location.
Alumni hold significant positions and are dedicated to improving their communities through active social involvement
