as a Way of Life
We at Nachshon see leadership not only as ability to lead and manage groups assertively and decisively, but as the conduct of the individual with their self and their peers, in taking responsibility, setting a personal example and more.
The educational
process
Nachshon participants undergo a process that instills leadership as a way of life. This process comprises the learning experience, group and personal development (living in a group setting, participants explore and consolidate their personal and collective identities and values with the help of the counseling teams), and involvement and contribution to the community (each week the participants carry out volunteering activity with the community adjacent to Nachshon, and on a one-time basis during the outside weeks throughout Israel).
